Tastes like it was made in the same room as someone making bulgogi, there's no depth of flavor to the dish. I'm not sure what "Korean spice blend is" but normally you'd just use minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, and some brown sugar (even skipping this there should be way more flavor to this dish). Hoping I just got a package that wasn't mixed well. I have one more package from this order, I'll update this review if it's noticeably better.
Edit: Round the second one was just as bland.
Portioning was good. The meat and rice were fully cooked, the broccoli was a bit firm.
I will probably try this dish a couple more times in the hope it improves since it's one of my absolute favorite comfort foods when seasoned well.
