FitTrax creator and Chef Mark Riggs has been in the hospitality industry since the age of 15 starting as a dishwasher and has found his love and passion for food, culture, and creativity all while learning from those around him. His travels have led him all over from Seattle to Chicago and even down into South America where he immersed himself in many different cultures and learned about diverse cooking styles.
Mark created a system that combined organic, healthy, delicious food that was cooked fresh, with convenience and a reasonable price, so he decided he was going to have to create it himself and do whatever it takes to make this dream come to life.
