Refund Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us via email at or by phone at (425) 408-0465 within 5 days of receiving your order. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price for that meal. Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery will not be refunded. No refund or adjustments to Subscription orders will be made after Wednesday morning at 10:00am (PT).
